Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann, Managing Director of ATech, said, “ATech is delighted to select GreenKPI for the inaugural ATech Boost incubator program. We are investing in the future success of the tech industry by providing startups with the resources they need to grow. The ATech Boost incubator program is more than just a funding opportunity—it’s a launchpad for innovation.

“Today’s emerging tech companies are tomorrow’s leaders. GreenKPI stands out with its innovative approach to sustainability management. By focusing on driving change through actionable steps, GreenKPI empowers organisations to reduce their environmental impact.

“The platform's preloaded and customisable sustainability actions, along with automated sustainability reports, enable organisations to track and share their progress effectively. GreenKPI’s solution fosters multi-stakeholder engagement and builds brand trust with staff, customers and the community.

“ATech is committed to nurturing the tech ecosystem, believing that innovative startups are pivotal to economic growth. The ATech Boost incubator program aims to bolster the tech innovation ecosystem by providing critical resources that startups often find inaccessible or cost-prohibitive.

“ATech's commitment extends beyond this program, having previously supported over 300 entrepreneurs across Queensland through educational content, mentoring and networking events, in collaboration with the Queensland Government.”

Johanna Kloot, CEO of GreenKPI, said, “GreenKPI is thrilled to be selected for the ATech Boost incubator program.

“At its core, GreenKPI is more than software - it's a bridge between aspiration and action. We believe that by simplifying sustainability management, we can unleash the collective power of businesses worldwide to combat climate change, preserve biodiversity, and create a world we're proud to pass on to future generations.

“In light of the Australian Government's recent move towards mandatory climate related disclosures, organisations are increasingly seeking effective tools to manage and report their sustainability efforts. Organisations should start putting into place the systems, processes and governance practices that will meet rapidly changing local and global climate reporting requirements.

“GreenKPI offers a timely solution, providing organisations with the ability to automatically record completed actions and resource use metrics in detailed sustainability reports. This not only enables compliance but also enhances transparency and accountability, positioning companies favourably in the eyes of regulators, investors and the public.”

ATech specialises in systems requiring scalability, high availability and robust cyber security. ATech has built and hosted websites and web apps for organisations including Airservices Australia, Virgin Australia, Seqwater and Brisbane City Council.
